- Free store pickup at all times.

- Shipping and delivery charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, are extra.

- We ship your orders using different land services of major carriers. Delivery may take four (4) to fifteen (15) business days. For deliveries outside of the metropolitan area or province, delays may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, the carrier chosen, and the availability of products. We can not be held responsible for delivery times beyond our control. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, this may take longer or require you to pick up your packages at a drop-off location. For orders and gifts to be delivered in Nunavut, the North-West Territories, the Yukon and some provinces, JE M'AIME reserves the right to charge additional delivery charges. We will discuss with you these charges before shipping.

- The risk of loss or damage of any goods shipped are the sole responsibility of the user.

- Shipping and return costs will be your responsibility at all times, except during certain periods of promotions that we reserve the right to determine (certain conditions apply).

- We are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to the package from the moment it leaves our depot. - We do not ship outside of Canada.
