Warranty and Return Policy
At Je M’Aime, your satisfaction is our priority. We invite you to carefully read our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.
Inspection Upon Receipt
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage, defect, or irregularity.
Quality Control
Every order undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control department before shipment. Returned merchandise is also inspected upon receipt. Je M’Aime reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of deterioration, damage, or improper use.
Return and Exchange Period
If the purchased products do not meet your expectations, you have ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of your order to return unwanted items. You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange a product within the first seventy-two (72) hours after receiving your order, in writing or by phone.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Je M’Aime does not reimburse any shipping charges related to returns.
Condition of Returned Items
Any returned item must be sent back in its original packaging, with original tags and presentation accessories, and must show no traces of body care products or bodily fluids.
Swimwear and Lingerie
Any return or exchange of swimwear or lingerie requires our prior written authorization. Please contact us before sending your return package.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
