Shipping Fees and Taxes

Shipping and delivery charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, are not included in the product prices and will be added at checkout.

Delivery Times

We ship orders through major ground carriers. Delivery generally takes between four (4) and fifteen (15) business days. For destinations outside the metropolitan area or province, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier selected, and product availability.

Je M’Aime cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. For remote or hard-to-access areas, delivery times may be longer, or you may need to pick up your package at a designated pickup location.

Remote Regions

For orders and gifts delivered to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and certain other provinces, Je M’Aime reserves the right to require additional shipping charges. We will notify you before your order is shipped.

Responsibility

The risk of loss or damage to any shipped merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer once the package leaves our facilities. Je M’Aime cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after the package has left our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except during certain promotional periods determined solely at the discretion of Je M’Aime. Certain conditions may apply.

Delivery Within Canada Only

We do not ship outside Canada.
